RETURN POLICY

Returns On Purchases From Other Retailers
If you have purchased a 3-D product from one of our retail partners (in-store or online), you must return it to the retailer for returns or exchanges.  We cannot process returns or exchanges at 3DBelt.com for purchases that originated elsewhere.

If you are not satisifed with your 3DBelt.com purchase, you are welcome to return it for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

In order to return your merchandise purchased online for a refund, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact customer service at 1-800-622-3998 or ContactUs@3dbelt.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.  Returns will not be processed without this number.
  2. Repackage product(s) in a secure shipping box along with your contact information and the Return Authorization number.  Products being returned for a refund must be in original condition, unworn, with all original tags attached.
    • NOTE:  3-D Belt Company is not responsible for lost packages, so we recommend that you insure your package when you return it to us.
    • 3-D Belt is not responsible for the cost of shipping a returned item.
  3. Please clearly label your package with the Return Authorization number provided to you by customer service.
  4. Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for payment.

Please allow 3 weeks from receipt at our warehouse for your return credit to be processed.

All return decisions will be at the discretion of 3-D Belt Company, pending item condition.
